From Route 40 West: Following Route 40 into town, turn North (left) onto Henrietta Street. Follow Henrietta as it turns into Keller Drive. Turn East (right) onto Temple Avenue. Pass the National Guard Armory. We are located on the North side of Temple in the Effingham Medical Center - turn left into our parking lot.

From Route 40 East: Follow Route 40 into town and turn North (left) onto Willow at the first stop light. Continue on Willow (through the four way stop) and turn West (left) onto Temple. Continue West on Temple. Cross the railroad tracks and pass Lake Land Nursing Home. We are located on the North side of Temple in the Effingham Medical Center - turn left into our parking lot.

From Route 33 Southeast: Follow Route 33 into town on Willow Street. Cross the railroad tracks and go through the stop light and the four way stop. Turn West (left) onto Temple at the "T". Cross the railroad tracks and pass Lake Land Nursing Home. We are located on the North side of Temple in the Effingham Medical Center - turn left into our parking lot.

From Route 32/33 Northwest: Follow Route 32/33 into town on Keller Drive. Continue on Keller Drive to Temple Avenue. Turn East (left) onto Temple. Pass the National Guard Armory. We are located on the North side of Temple in the Effingham Medical Center - turn left into our parking lot.

From Route 45 South: Follow Route 45 North into town on Banker street. Go over the overpass and turn West (left) at Fayette Avenue. Continue on Fayette to Maple. Turn North (right) onto Maple and pass St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital. Turn West (left) onto Temple. We are located on the North side of Temple in the Effingham Medical Center - turn right into our parking lot.

From Route 45 North: Follow Route 45 South into town on Third Street. Turn West (right) onto Temple Avenue. Cross the railroad tracks and pass Lake Land Nursing Home. We are located on the North side of Temple in the Effingham Medical Center - turn right into our parking lot.
